Passenger Safety: Drug & Alcohol Policy

At HDL Global Transportation, we strictly comply with applicable transportation-for-hire regulations, including Section 47A-2.1.6 of the Transportation for Hire Ordinance, which establishes a zero-tolerance standard for intoxicating substances.

In accordance with this regulation, our company maintains and enforces a strict zero-tolerance policyprohibiting the use of intoxicating substances by any driver while providing transportation services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Alcohol consumption 
• Illegal drugs 
• Any controlled substances that may impair driving ability

All chauffeurs operating under Section 47A-2.1.6 requirements, passengers are encouraged to report any suspected violations involving impairment or unsafe driving behavior. All reports are taken seriosly and investigated promptly.

In accordance with the ordinance, our zero-tolerance policy is made publicly available and enforced across all operations to ensure transparency and passenger safety.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate corrective action, which may include suspension or permanent termination of the driver’s affiliation with the company.
